Worst phone

3rd grade support I am getting from Samsung technical.I bought phone on last Saturday evening 23rd july at 9 o’clock.after finding music player and call disturbance sound.I went to service their service centre sapphire.


At dadar this Saturday 30th july.they said it can’t be replaceable because it’s 8 the day.though they are off on Sunday. They are couniting Saturday night 9oclock as full day.worst reply from Samsung call center and their service provider.


They are not ready to give one day extension in their language.actually timewise yesterday was seventh day.pls think service support before purchasing this phones.I think tht is my mistake I have paid 22k and company is giving faulty cell phone and very bad customer support.
