I bought A 5 2017 eddition in the month of june and in 15 days I was facing some problems like ( hang , auto on off) I went to service center and they took my phone for 2 days to update some software . After 2 days I got call from service center that sir , your mobile is ready pls collect , next day I have collect and same day I informed service center people , know problem have increased . Mobile is not working then they said pls re visit to service center after 2 days I visited the service center again they told me sir we have to keep mobile for observation , after three days they called me , sir we have changed the mother bord because there was some problem .know the mobile ready pls collect then I again went to service center , and asked them to put mobile on charging . And mobile was hitting like anything and beauity reply came from the staff samsung mobile heat upto 48 digree it wont blast , I wated for two hrs and mobile charged only 35% then they again told me to come after two days , after two days I got call sir pls collect your mobile itis ready , I went to service center 3rd time and again . Mobile was not working ,
Know tell me what to do its more then 2 months mobile is lying in service center they have changed all parts( motherboard, jack, bettery, display, sencer) and still mobile is not working , I bought this phone for 29990 .
