I have bought a A5 two months back paying Rs:22400. It just worked for a month and it went into a Safe Mode as no other functions were happening. We took to the service centre and they have informed that it is a problem with Volume Key jamming hence panel below to be changed.
We agreed and they changed which took almost 4 days. Again the service centre informed that still the phone is not working hence Circuit/motherboard has to be changed. It took again couple of days and we had to shift the data to another phone as service centre does not do so.
Because of repeated failures we wanted the company to change the handset but refused blatantly. Our representation to SR Management also yielded no result. Ultimately lost many days of work and business due to this apart from mental agony.
Wonder what kind of quality checks they do before selling to Indian Consumers . Govt and courts should insist on stringent penalty if quality compromises are evidenced. Samsung is known for quality but don’t know what is happening these days.
