I hate this mobile.every few days my wifi speed goes down to 2 mbps from 35 mbps.I did all sorts of reset.hard reset.network reset.it stays ok for a while but speed drops down to 2 with in no time when I check in speed test.I check the speed of same wifi from my wife’s one plus and all other phones and laptop in home.it’s always 35 mbps and super fast.
For me It just drops down and loading Facebook videos takes forever.matter of fact never loads. problem I am facing with the fone is that I have to clear cache to get the maximum speed from my wifi router where on the other hand my samsung grand 2 is workiing fine over wifi but not a7.the most unfriendly phone as the company doesn’t believe in producing the spare parts, they are just bothered to launch the new phone and leave the costumer hanging for the spare part .
Really did not expect samsung to do this . past twenty days I am still waiting for the screen part which is not available. though the was phone launced a few months back, service centre people are them selves not aware waht is happening, one says you will get it in two days the other person say you will get it in ten days and some are not aware. There is a long waitng some time going to almost half a day. Gear up samsung its your moral responsibility to reach out for service.
