I had purchased the Samsung Galaxy A7 paying AED-1565.00 on 11 February 2017, within 10 months of usage on December 14th 2017 the phone stopped working, it was not coming ON at all. I took it to the service center after two days they call me back saying the internal panel is broken and it’s not covered under warranty, it was to my utter disbelief that the mobile does’t even have a search on the outlook how can the panel can be broken? they said little presser on the phone will make the panel brake but not the gorilla glass! I spent AED-415.00 after negotiations to replace the panel.
It’s better to buy cheaper mobile phones instead of spending money on expensive mobile phones.
