The non removable battery that comes along with the phone does not allow you to change it if any sort of mishap occurs and the battery is ruined. if the battery is ruined the whole phone is ruined. that means it is of no use. the price range is very high which prevents some individuals from not purchasing this phone. it runs the 4.4x version of android kitkat which is now outdated. really not worth it purchasing.
