Samsung smartphones are always good and full of the best features. The only thing that seems negative is the price that is quite high. This is because other brands provide the same features in a low budget only for which Samsung charges almost 50, 000.
One such smartphone launched by Samsung is the Galaxy A71 launched in December 2019. The phone is priced at Rs 32, 998 and comes with a 6.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It packs an 8GB of RAM and is powered by Snapdragon 730: octa-core processor. The Samsung Galaxy A71 runs Android 10 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery. The device supports proprietary fast charging. The A71 lacks any dust or water resistance, and also doesn’t support wireless charging.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the Galaxy A71 supports a quad-camera with 64+12+5+5MP resolution and a 32MP camera at the front. Though when the photos taken by A71 are zoomed in, there is noticeable oversharpening. Regardless of that, under normal, well-lit conditions both the main and wide-angle cameras produce great results. Nighttime photos are a bit of a mixed bag, with shots sometimes coming out either a bit blurry or with blown-out light sources, whereas other times they can look fantastic, so long as there are strong light sources, such as street lights nearby to light up the scene.
When it comes to audio, great sound quality doesn’t seem to be a priority with this phone, as it features a single down-firing speaker, which produces unimpressive sound. It lacks punch and bass, and it’s far from the loudest, making it difficult to hear in outdoor environments. On the plus side, the phone does have a headphone jack.
Overall, in my opinion, I do not think a phone with a not-so-good quality camera and poor audio qualities cannot be worth buying at a huge price of 32, 998.
