An owner of the Samsung Galaxy A8 since 8 months now, and yet I hate the phone like anything. When you spend 40ks to buy a phone, you do expect a lot out of it. I did the mistake of doing the same, and infact I spent another 2 ks for its insurance against theft & damage.
All this done, and when it came to delivering performance Samsung Galaxy A8 proved to be a bulky piece of box, to say the least. The speakers of the phone are not at all upto the mark, and I cannot hear the phone ring if I am a bit away from it.
The camers quality is also just average. I have seen most phones of the range of 15-20 ks capture much better images than Galaxy A8 does.
Even the battery performance is nothing so great, as it hardly lasts for the whole day that too with minimal usage.
All in all, I would strongly suggest everyone who is planning to but this phone to rather save your money and buy a Redmi Note 3 of 12 ks, which is way better than this. Just b’coz of the brand name donot go for Samsung A8, or else you shall repent later.
