I bought a Galaxy Ace Duos SCH I589 on 25/04/12 from Sangeetha Indiranagar against bill SI/CMH/1901. I was facing frequent problem of automatic switch off, Hang, Screen become blank. I have visited 5 times to Samsung Service Center at CMH road Indiranagar, Bangalore.
First, they told me that there is no problem with the mobile. Again when I went along with the video shoot of the problems, They upgraded the software. When I went again as I was facing the same problem, They told they replaced the mother board (God knows whether they replaced or not) when I went again.
I’m spending all my energy, time and the money. It is a nightmare for me. after all they are telling that there is no problem with my Mobile.
Please don’t buy this product if you want to have peace of mind.!!
