I don’t have any other option than to return it. I bought it after seeing good ratings on YouTube from independent call quality testing. It, on the other hand, turned out to be a complete failure. People on the other end of the line can hardly hear you, no matter how much you adjust it, which makes you wonder why this is so pricey. Despite the poor audio/input quality, I feel the ultra-cheap earbuds are functional right out of the box! Even with their flaws, the OnePlus buds are far superior in terms of call quality and audio output, and I now use them as my daily driver.
