Samsung Galaxy c9 pro

Bought a Samsung C9 Pro 5 weeks back. But next day realised that there is a problem with the sound as in voice wouldnt carry. Calls would get cut off or couldnt hear the other party. After going from pillar to post submitted the brand new mobile at the service centter who certified that the device had an inherent faulty mother board.


But now they say they will not replace it and can only repair it that too deoending on parts availability. Feel cheated by Samsung.


Why shoulod I accept a faulty piece even though repaired when I paid in full expecting a good quality hanset?


Be carefull all of you. There is a problem with the mother board as they say. But they wont replace it. They will make you run here and there and then claim the replacement period of two weeks have expired.
