I have been using this phone for 1 year and a month. The phone was fine during the warranty period(1 yr) . Once the warranty period was over Phone started malfunctioning. Abrupt switch-off, temporary unresponsive periods, heating up.It showed wrong contact info when I was making calls and misplaced the calls many times.
And then all of a sudden the Phone became unresponsive to TOUCH.the display was all right and the Phone was functioning but I couldn’t DO anything. When I took it to a Samsung service centre they said the whole LCD display should b reset and it would cost about 4, 000rupees
