The phone has excellent physical features.screen size lightweight easy grip camera battery sensor etc. However, it fails on many counts because of the hardware components. The sound system is poor, both in terms of mouthpiece volume as well as speaker volume. you need to shout to be heard. The earliest version of Samsung phone was far superior at half the price. The worst part is the unstable processor . the screen jumps back to the home page even while you are talking about. I had made wrong choice just by going with its looks.
