Quality matters

I gifted this costly mobile to my friend after reviewing many times and it happened two days back as he kept that mobile in his pullover and went for winter trekking. Almost 6hrs of trekking finally he reached the spot and while checking for the time he tried to unlock it and felt some moist inside the screen.


He kept it packed in his bag and given it to the service center of samsung and they did some heating and removing moist and when they tried to on it, display got blue color and went to black screen and reported that display got burned out and need to replace.


Hence these samsung is not at all maintaining basic quality tests and releasing the product.please use some good technology in quality check too.I need to claim the insurance now.
