This phone comes with awesome problem of **AUTO RESTART**. I have been visiting to customer care center for consecutive 2 weeks but the problem of auto restart is not ending. Those customer care guys are keeping my phone with them for few minutes saying they are updating some software. I don’t know what software they are updating? Just wasting my time as well as of theirs.
Moreover, now you guys are luring innocent people with low price and EMI Scheme. Please stop fooling us and solve our problem.
Please tell me the way out. I took this phone **Samsung GRAND 2** three months back & its troubling me like hell.
