Manualy restore.how its problem start I dont know.resenly phone have SW upgraded official Kitkat to lollipop 5.1.1 and its performed good but 10th oct, 2016 a new update have come 167MB and I updated this new farmware and suddenly when switch off my phone.phone are cannot open and only Show SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND MAX Powerd by ANDROID .and dont open recovery mode.i visted Authorised service center. but this mobile give up fast
