I bought this device for my mom last year and found it the slowest and unreliable device ever to work on. These are the few devices which can slow you down and the software is not that fast and very unreliable. My mom is running a Kitchen On Demand at home, and most of the customer used to called her for dishes and possible delivery to their location. But many time we lost customer or customer data this hangs sometimes drops call every now and then. After using for around a year she decided to throw away the phone or it will ruin the KOD business.
I would strongly not recommend to use this phone, and if you use this phone not for Business you would loss business because of it. I tried to loop customer representative for this phone but they said we don’t know to use this phone and the service centre personnel said you use third party softwares. IDK what to say, never heard of a phone who uses only manufacturer software and also if the phone is switching all by itself, what will the customer do for that.
