Samsung grand prime 4g is a horrible set. I have bought this phone 8 months ago. That time I thought that it is a good mid-range phone for me but it was wrong. After using few months I have discovered many problems with this phone. A lot of problems had infront me. First it has battery backup problem. If I use internet for an hour , battery goes down very quickly. Second, in my phone, the home button and other touch button does not work properly. This is big problem for me. Third, it hungs a lot. Some times it’s automatically restarted. Please help . to recover my problems. .
