Viewing through perspective of product features and value for money, its an ok product. I had purchased this phone six months back. It used to hang a lot when I installed 15-16 apps but afterwards I reduced the number to 7-8 and its performing fine now.
The battery usage grew exponentially in these six months. At first, it used to last 24-26 hrs even after playing games and using internet but now It doesn’t even last 4 hrs with only internet.
When I went to customer care with this issue, they flatly told me that the standard performance of this phone is for FOUR HOURS only.
This must be a joke. I even tried registering complain against this but nobody paid a heed. Companies like Samsung need to understand that Customer Satisfaction is important factor than their sales figure.
