This is my first Android phone and I am very unhappy about this.I purchased GRAND in April and very first day I found dead pixel on screen.
I visited Samsung service station (Aundh, Pune) and got replacement from the original store (The Mobile Store, Phoneix Mall) where I purchased this.
From then I observed that this mobile hangs most of the times, some times gets auto restarted. If you have installed more live applications (don’t know the actual reason), GRAND is quite slow in performance. This is actually you can feel when you search contacts, wanted to move back and fourth between screens, tabs etc.
From last few days I am observing strange problem. When I call anybody there is no sound going and coming, but call gets received by other party. Same is happening when I get incoming calls. Only solution is to restart the phone. Very very frustrating phone.
Earlier to this I was using Samsung Focus (WP7.8), and was very happy with that.
