Worst ever service and support

Bought a Samsung Galaxy grand2 on 30th January 2014 and ever since, I am facing problem with sound clarity on this costly phone(the other side on the phone unable to hear me due to echo or voice clarity issue). Samsung authorized service centers are not interested to address any problem when it is in warranty, they keep saying there is problem with sim card, then I showed them with other phones, they reinstalled software and said no problem with hardware.


Every visit they reload the software and claims they did not observe the problem in spite of showing them what the problem is. I am unable to use the phone, and I eventually ended up buying another phone(not from Samsung) as I have to live with. Every Samsung service centres will have minimum of 30minutes to 1 hour waiting period, and after the waiting and logging complaint, they say there was no problem. I had attempted 3 times and yet no solution the problem persists, every visit they reloaded the software. I am looking for legal options, if they do not resolve the issue this last time.
