I purchased Samsung galaxy grand in blue color in July - 2013, at that time this smartphone was star article for Samsung with 5 Megapixel back camera and 2 Megapixel front camera with 1 GB ram.
Its still working after 2 years of regular use, usually I spent 6-7 hours in a day in my phone but its my pleasure that I never visited Samsung service center, but sometimes I feel 1 GB ram is not sufficient fro heavy games but I happy and satisfy with this product.
