I have been using this phone for 1 year and the experience has been very disappointing. Samsung gave the last software update in May 2018, and after that there has been no new update at all. I don’t think they will ever provide another update for this model.
Because of no updates, the phone has become slow, hangs frequently, and many apps don’t run smoothly. Battery performance has also dropped, and the overall user experience is very poor.
This mobile is full of issues and not worth buying now. I would not recommend it to anyone.
