Not good producut

Not look good service. Tried to redeem a FREE offer that came with a newly purchased phone. Had the hardest time with customer service. It’s free afterall.why put me through he’ll. Had to listen to service rep complain essentially about phone carrier not having the free item at store. Not helpful at all. Was back and forth between phone carrier and Samsung customer service. If it’s so hard to get free item included when buying phone don’t advertise it!
