Worst costomer service

I have used Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro mobile. My father gifted me on my birthday. In the beginning mobile was working fine but after some days problems came. Mobile used to switch off automatically while calling and playing games. I went to the customer service and told them about all the problems. They kept my mobile and after two days they gave me back but after some days that same problem came again. So I had to go their customer service again. But problem didn’t solve. I still have this phone but I don’t use. it is worst phone for me. I am totally disappointed with their customer service.
