Hey guys chirag this side. I brought this mobile for my brother 3 months ago. In 1st month mobile works nicely. I had a great experience with this phone. But now it starts hanging and automatically switch off. For some time and sometime phone touch will nit work
Then I go to service center they take my phone and told me we will solve these problems in 3 days but they didn’t. After one week they told me. We don’t have this and this part. So you have to wait more
I asked how much they said dont know may be it tooks 3 days or may be a week . but they solve my problems in 15 day I mean I am. Really unsatisfied with this service of samsung.
