Recently boght Samsung galaxy J2. I was looking for a budget friendly below Rs.10000 Samsung device. This J2 is avalable at lot of showrooms and visiting several shops people recommend this device. Launched in September last year. Samsung Galaxy J2 is a newer member in the series of J5 and J7. J2 is sleek and feels comfortable to hold in hand the moment pick it up.
From the outside it looks pretty impressive as its well built. On the front is 4.7inch Superamoled screen with a resolition of 540x960 pixels which is quite low but given its a superamoled I did not feel anypixels at all and screen is very comfortable to eyes because of amazing colors. Front panel also includes a 2MP camera for selfies and a earpiece for calls.
This device is a dual sim device. On the inside is a quad core Exynos chipset clocked at 1.3 GHz with mali T720 GPU along with 1gb of ram on board. Rear side is camera 5MP with flash and speaker at below. Wifi, bluetooth, GPS, Radio, USB on the go are suppprted features. All this is powered by 2000mAh battery that gives 11hrs of 3G talktime. In my opinion display is an improved one because even in outside direct sunlight condition display performance is good and clearly visible.
I was able to test battery and played videos continuously for over 10hrs or even internet browsing for 9hrs. Expect more than 1day of battery life even in heavy use. Even though hardware is a medium range type but no lags or hanging. I recomment this device to those who like Samsung screens that are high in colours with good camera even at 5MP and good sound output from loudspeakers or headphones. Very stable android Lollipop to match this all.
I expect that Samsung releases marshmallow for this device in India. Highly recommended.
