Worst Phone

Hi there, this is Sumit and today I am going to review about the SamSung Galaxy J5 ( 2016 Edition) .

Everybody know that this was the most selling phone of 2016, but why is it not discussed in 2017, yet. The reason is there are many drawbacks in it.

Let us look them in details: -

  1. BATTERY BACKUP: Used the phone for one month and was satisfied by its battery backup but sooner it showed it’s originality. The battery was not at all efficient in streaming music/videos from the internet and most of the times, I needed my charger to be plugged in to the cellphone for using it.

  2. REBOOT: Though SamSung had advertised about it’s TST mode, i.e. it does’nt lag at all. But, on heavy task the phone used to reboot and it was quite annoying when the phone rebooted 2-3 times a day, without any specific reason.

  3. CAMERA: The Camera is awesome , I must say but the placement om the phone is worst. The LED segments surround the camera lens and it blinks when there is an incoming call when it is read by the device. Slowly, the camera lens became dusty as the cabinet in which it is holding is not properly fixed.

  4. STORAGE SPACE: I don’t know whether it’s a common problem to all of the SamSung phones or not but I must say, this device is really poor in its storage management. Due to this reason, I need to stream the music from online streaming apps like Saavn, Gaana, etc.

It’s still acceptable when it’s only regarded to music but what will you do when the same scenario is for Mobile Applications too.

Being an engineering student, I need many productive applications to work out my daily task and others but it still shows insufficient storage space while downloading from Play Store.

Many of them, suggested to clesr the Cache Memory, still some day or the other it showed insufficient storsge space.

  1. DISPLAY: As I am a movie lover, most of the time I download movies on phone and watch it. For the first month, I was quite impressed with it’s display quality. Slowly, it had started to occur dead pixels on my screen which was not at all a good sign for the device.

  2. BUILD QUALITY: Above all, the build quality is worse than any other budget segmented phones. The Vivo Models on this range are far more better than this.

Presently, I had sold this phone on OLX and purchased a new phone Redmi 3S Prime ( which I’ll give a later hands on review) .

Thanks for reading out my review!
