I have a problem with weak signal.the sound is gone from my phone and I can’t hear the other side though he hear me camera not very good.my j7 prime froze and after I restart it, all the apps that I download is gone. I have one for a month.
Stuck pixel, overheat and bad sound quality.
Worst phone I ever had.One of the waste phone j7 prime. Too much heat . Too much hang. Do not buy.I used memory card 32gb on this j7 prime. It started jammed.Sometimes it’s takes a lot of time to open an application.
