I have got this on 17th May and exactly after 23 days the Display is found to be problematic and when I took to the service center, they corrected and returned. Again after a couple of days, it broke and they covered it under warranty.


Finally, after negotiations with Flipkart, they replaced it and today I got the new phone. Then the problem began again. It doesn’t move forward to the next screen from launch screen. When I took to the showroom, they said Software problems. after several troubleshoots, no response from the phone.


Not sure what to say about it.? Either software problem handset considering latest experience or hardware problem considering display problem.Now I feel I must have opted for a different phone and really disappointed with Samsung.
