The front panel is dominated by 5.5 inch screen which is a Super AMOLED. The resolution is of 1080×1920 pixels which has a resolution of 401 ppi ( pixels per inch) . The screen to body ratio is 73.3% which is pretty decent. Because of Super AMOLED screen it has a better viewing angles and good amount of saturation, and also it helps in lower consumption of battery power compared to an IPS LCD.
Engine is powered by Exynos 7870 processor which is an octa-core CPU. The chipset is developed by Samsung and compared to Snapdragon many has found that it is better in power and memory management. Performance is top-notch which does not have any heating issues or problems.
It has 3 GB of RAM as the primary memory. 4 GB would have been great but remember its Samsung which manages very well.
For gaming the GPU is handled by Mali-T830 MP2 which is decent. It does run games like Asphalt 8 Airborne without any lags or hangs.
The internal memory is 64 GB which is a very good move from Samsung as without 64 GB of internal memory it wouldn’t be a Pro. And above all it has a dedicated memory card slot which can be expanded up to 256 GB.
