Got it on Tuesday and hanged now today is Friday and still hanged no response.i can’t switch off I can’t restart .Now I am waiting for battery to discharge and I will try to switch on again. And now what to comment shut down Samsung company.Got it for 10590 but replaced it on next day only.
Because my back key was defective and does not work sometimes. I’ve seen many comments for back key.
