My exper ience is honestly good about sound quality its quite loud in this price segment after all its form samsung, its not a cheap one like chinece products. only builtin ringtones are not very loud its not a problem atall download few good ringtones form net and use and don’t forget to increase vloume in volume settings menu. those who are giving false statement they are haters of samsung and they didn’t used j7nxt. honestly its a good product in this price segment . I am using j7nxt for a week and no complaint about it, I am very with it cheers.
