I am using this phone it’s heat lot while charging and some hanging problem also in it. Totally money wastage item and the battery backup of this phone was not good. After full charged works for 2-3 hours only and sound of this phone was too slow.
I am facing lot of problem on this phone from quite a long time but not only with this model but with samsung models I have been used till now but this phone.
It’s ram is very low. It does not support 4gb perfectly. It’s speaker is too bad. It does not support upto 1gb games. This phone camera is not good.
It selfie camera very bad. This phone battery run very fastly. and emulators cannot work in this phone live video call pixel is too bad.
It’s does not support upto 64gb memory card so I advice to you please do not buy this phone I have tried calling customer care and tried going service centers but they are also not good a attending the customers.
They charge a lost just to charge the battery of the phone that I have to give up using this phone and bought another one.
Totally this phone not good product
