Samsung Galaxy j7 prime mobile is very hanging phone. Whatsapp and facebook slow browsing and not cleric HD. Speaker sound is very low not hearing me.
Do you buy this mobile because this phone is useless. Battery slow charging not pickups batter it’s not value in second hand marketing and camera is not clear.
This device is worst in its segment because with this type of specs we know that the performance of the device is not going to be good.
But one good point is available in this phone once I forget my pattern lock. so customer care has helped me and solved my issue but taking my phone on remote access and withing few minutes my phone was unlocked that is very nice thing.
There are so many updates coming regularly on my phone. In a week update come which is very irritating.
You should not be expecting any software or Android update from Samsung on this device because usually samsung doesn’t care about its midrange devices.
I don’t recommend for this phone aby one.
