This is the best phone under 20k. I am using this phone since 1 yr and it didnot give any problem.This is the best phone I have ever have till date. There is no problem regarding hang charge apps function etc. I am using 16gb varient. I am very much happy after I bought this product.operating system is android. Very much happy with this phone.
