I had purchase this phone from vijay sales( ghatkoper) on 12.9.2016, model no. SM-G610/DD, colour-gold, serial no.-RZ8H818SPYL( 3523350813062701) .on very 2 nd day cell have started showing problem like mo network, screen blinking, automatic switch off, hang and many more.i had visited twice samsung service center at Ghatkoper but they were failed to resolve this problem.as par samsung terms and conditions handset can be replace within 7 days.so finally I approch samsung service center on 19 th sept 2016, CRN 3709017000 for replacement but till date there is no update on my mobile.all executive and service center people just trying to escape & making me fool.I daily keep on calling service center and personally take half day from my office.
I don’t think this is the right way to serve your customer.
