Ram is 3 gb and internal storage is 16 gb and 32 gb exapendable up to 128 gb so many photos videos and memories I can stored in this mobile without enter memory card.galaxy j7 prime camera is 13 mega pixel so I am click the photos is very clean and I am take the photos on low light just like night and then photo is very clean. Battery backup is very good processor is fast. So I love this mobile and samsung brand. Thank u samsung
