The quality of the phone is good but the same is reverse for its earphone. 3 times within 6 months it has already been changed. since accessories have 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. my case has gone out of warranty. average defect per earphone is 2 months . practically I have used new earphones everytime for 2 months. so I am not able to understand the logic of 6 months. further after the expiry of 6 months the whole case was conveyed to samsung customer care and they told me in future if somthing like this happens my case will be escalated to higher authority and problem will be resolved.

30th December 2016 case has been cancelled citing out of warranty case.
Why they cannot make premium quality earphones in first place?
Wht samsung make false promises and commitments?
Feeling cheated with the company.
