I purchased this phone 2 months back and since then I am facing the problem of low battery life and poor performance.
the phone doesn’t even lasts a day on a full charged battery, I have to charge it many times in a single day.
I think that the RAM management of this device is very poor and the apps in the background consume a lot of battery.
also, the phone hangs a lot while watching youtube videos, playing games, calling, video chatting.
even performing simple tasks, the phone hangs a lot which is very disappointing for 20, 000+ device.
I think buying this phone was a very big mistake and I think Xiomi is much better option than samsung devices specially in the budget smartphone category. this product is not value for money.
