Pathetic Samsung Service Center

I Mr Azaz Shaikh user of your mobile Samsung J7 have been facing some issue with your services. The problem is such that I had purchase this mobile on 19th September’15.So my mobile is still in the warranty period. I started facing issue with its charging from past 5 days.The mobile after connecting with the charger fail to get charged.


So I took the mobile to your service center on 05th December’15 which is located at Dadar East. After checking the mobile to my surprise they said that there was water in my mobiles mother board.


My mobile has never been near water ever. I do take care of my belonging very well so I am very much surprised with the result.


Than they said it will cost me Rs 8000 for the repair of it, i said fine I will look in to it as I doubted their sincerity in it.


After asking my mobile back I was charged Rs 250 of checking my mobile in the name of service, what I fail to understand is that if my mobile is in warranty how come I am ask to pay the "service amount".


I have used all the brands from smallest to largest and till date no one has asked for the service charge in the warranty period.


But I was very rudely informed by your employee that they do not know of other companies but Samsung does charge for service in the warranty period.Which if is the rule than I should have been informed before hand when I asked to check it.


But seeing that I was wasting the time of your employee by asking my doubts I paid the amount and took my mobile which was handed to me in a very ungracefully manner.


Now after all this I really doubt the Samsung in the name of service and their quality.


All my friends who have used Samsung had asked me not to invest in your product, i didn’t listen to them thinking how bad will be a brand like Samsung be but after tasting the medicine you have changed one of your loyal customer in to one who will suggest others not to go for it.


I will have my experience shared with all my friends through all the mediums.


Imagine being charged for the "Service" in warranty giving a result which is surprising.(if there was water in my mother board than my mobile should have not work at all, it was that it was failing in getting charged, but was working well before it) And being open to all informative and polite employee whose time we waste by asking doubt.


So you may consider my mail or not that’s up to you, but for sure I will consider this bitter experience and the cheating your company does for my future.
