I have Purchased Samsung J7 from EZONE in on 20th Nov and even in less than One month of time the Phone has been sent to Service center for 3 times because of Touch screen not working. All hit and trail being done by the service center on my phone and still some or the other problem persist 1st Attempt: Software upgarde done( worked for 2-3 days) 2nd Attempt - Mother board changed( So called) and again problem came 3rd Attempt - Something being done and kept for 1 day and gievn back without telling the reason of problem Now the new problem observed the Back key is not working properly.
