Not worthfull

I have got this on 17th May and exactly after 23 days the Display is found to be problematic and when I took to the service center, they corrected and returned. Again after couple of days, it broke and they covered it under warranty. Finally after negotiations with Flipkart, they replaced it and today I got the new phone. Then the problem began again. It doesn’t move forward to the next screen from launch screen. When I took to the showroom, they said Software problems. after several trouble shoots, no response from phone.


Not sure what to say about it.? Either software problem handset considering latest experience or hardware problem considering display problem.


Now I feel I must have opted for different phone and really disappointed with Samsung.!


Moreover, It does not have any display protection such as Gorilla Glass.It doesn’t have pre-installed music player.No LED Notification Light.Low speaker volume.Problem with connecting WiFi.No light sensor; Hence the screen brightness adjustment is manual.


Does not support NFC.Sometimes hang too.


lenovo K4 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 are the best options at lower rates and better specs than j7
