Hello friends I am sharing the various problem of Samsung Galaxy J7 .Very low quality Samsung phone, seems like it was made for some cheap brand and stamped as Samsung. Low sound in earpiece, can’t hear other person when you’re out in the open or in a slightly noisy environment. Text messages option does not have "always ask" option to select for dual Sim use, you want to send sms using SIM 1 but the sms will go from SIM 2 which is extremely weird. Low volume of ringtone as well, I keep missing calls from people all the time, have tried all settings and options. Network issue is also there, phone calls break in between and i’ve also faced call drops.
some reasons why should not purchase it
-this device is not Not good in software.
-Display is also geting many times a day instead of full brightness, then we have to restart the phone for back to normal display.
-Very cheap look of earphones .
-While charging, phone is getting hot
-you will not get the screen guard with phone
-Back cover is very thin and not durable
-the biggest problem is that there is No gorilla glass protection
-the moblle Charger wire is too short that you cant’t sit while chargin it.
-Most of the time Phone wont be reachable if you try to call. I tried calling from other phone and it says Switched-Off or Not reachable, but I can see good signal in my mobile
-Ringtone is not working or stopped working. I need to Switch Off and Switch On
-I need to do the same above step if WiFi is not working. It wont work after some time.
-This mobile very very worst software fail.
-camera & battery issue;camera & battery issue I will return. not happy hangs also now & then. heating issues. suddenly camera becomes blurr also heating issues agin n again
-And very cost configuration low but very cost and this cost in Number of mobiles available in market.
Overall, the Phone is not working properly.
Not a good one.
