I got the Note 2 in November’12 and the phone is phenomenal, I used to own a Galaxy S2 before however Note 2 is way ahead of it. It is even better than the S3 without any doubt
First of all the Quad core processor is too fast in terms of doing mundane stuff like games, download, videos etc.
The touch screen is the best ever you can imagine, the colours are vibrant and detailed
The screen size is 5.5 inch however is much more comfortable to hold than the previous Note
The buttons (Power, volume, menu) are very smooth and feel rich
The build quality is however a little more to be desired since it has plasticy feel
The Jelly Bean os is outstanding and has many improved features, The camera is as good as a professional cam with 8mp and face detection, best shot, best face and auto tag feature
The S pen has also gone a step further with the air view which is very good feature while browsing
The S note also has become very user friendly and identifies the writing easily
Call quality and reception is very good and clear
