Service centre= waste of time they say sir wait for 20 to 30 min but you will get your no. after 2 to 3 hours when I say them sir my s pen is not working they say me sir we don’t provide guarantee of s pen I told them.
When I buy this phone 3 days before that shop keeper say me we provide 6 months guarantee of accessories when I call samsung customer care that service centre guy told me that sir call them later.
Their is a very big line I feel so annoyed and I talk to samsung helpline personally they apologise to me after 2 days but they say me to visit another service centre but that is very far from my home so it’s better to buy new who will wait 2 to 3 hours for stupid people. .??
