Samsung galaxy note 3 is an Android based smart phone for around 35000/-INR which comes with a 3 Gb ram which is backuped by 1.9 Ghz Quad Core + 1.3 Ghz Quad Core which sums up to give a super fast smart phone with 3.2 Ghz Octa Core processor. It comes with a 5.5 inc screen with full HD super Amoled display of 1080p. It has a 13 MP back and 2 MP front camera which is ok.This phone has an all day battery life which is 3, 200 mAh, this could be better is the used processors like Intel atom which consumes less battery.
Over all I expected more from Samsung to provide in this cost rate.
