I WROTE THIS EMAIL TO THE SAMSUNG DEPRATMENT. IF YOU READ IT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.
I had written to you earlier when my samsung note 5 was giving me issues. I have bought this phone on 19th october 2015. The earlier issue was with the hear piece. I went to samsung service station and got it repaired. Its not even been 5 days and when I tried to remove the cover from my phone the camera lens broke. I was using a original samsung cover. I dont know how such a premium phone can have such bad build quality? I have paid 53 thousand for a phone that has given me issues twice in 40 days. Please sort out this matter as soon as possible. You can send someone to check that the phone is in amazing condition with no marks as I keep my phone very well. But the lens has just cracked. I am attaching the pictures so you can have a look and see. I own three samsung phonesin my family and are registered under my email. Samsung s5. samsung s6 and the samsung note 5. I have never had these issues with any other samsung phones. I will think twice next time.
I GOT A FEW CALLS FROM SAMSUNG. PEOPLE WHO WOULD NOT EVEN TALK PROPER ENGLISH. EVERYDAY THEY PROMISE A ENGINEER WILL COME HOME EVENTUALLY THEY SAID THEY WILL COME AND TO CHANGE THE BACK IT WILL COST ME 7500 RS. WHY THE HELL SHOULD I PAY FOR THIS? I HAVE NOT DROPPED THE PHONE. THERE IS NOT ONE MARK. THE CAMERA LENS HAS BROKEN WHILE REMOVING THE COVER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
