Honestly saying I am using an On7 Pro since last October for normal usage. It looks great like note and can handle most of the common stuffs. I tried few light games such as temple run, hay day, temple run 1/2 and hill climb racing 1/2; they worked well. The old snapdragon dual core processor combined with 2Gb RAM is good. But I will not advice you to play heavy games like Asphalt, Dead Triger etc.it may run but may be feel laggy.
Otherwise phone is ok.
