I buy this cell phone in june for rs 14000/...this month I faced problem of wifi and other problem like phone is restarting on its own..auto s/w off..call unable to connect....when I visited the service centre (near andheri east railways station) on 09/08/2013 thn I cm to know that this is common problem in Samsung s duos phone & hardware (ic) use fr wifi is very cheap quality , that day I met more than 20 customer of same problem having same handset samsung s duos...
At the service center they told me that they will replace IC and thy will solve handset software problem and will return me my phone on 19/08/2013..but today on 20/08/2013 when I went to service cntr for collecting the phone..they are telling they will take another 10 days becoz IC is not available..service center service is so bad..
Every cstmr having bad experience..if any body want real review then just visit Andheri srvc cntr...u wll find in 01 hour more than 50 customer are coming for their android phone...and srvc cntr is taking more than one month for repairing..
So please think before u buy Samsung phones.
